Partypoker removes withdrawal fees

Partypoker Bustout Turniere LogoGood news for the Partypoker players among you: The popular poker room removed the withdrawal fees for all of its payment options. While Visa, Mastercard and bank transfers were among the free withdrawal options since the summer of 2015, players still had to pay for withdrawals with some e-wallets. This has changed now, too. With immediate effect players can finally withdraw for free with Skrill, Neteller and Webmoney.

The official announcement of the long awaited change in the Partypoker terms and conditions came today, on the 10th of February 2016, via the Twitter account @partypoker:

In the company’s blog, Partypoker calls the move a part of the campaign “Poker for the people”. The poker room had askeded the players for feedback – and as it turned out, the (pretty unusual) withdrawal fees were part of the most criticised issues. “Listening to the players is central to our ongoing strategy. When we started our Poker for the People campaign, withdrawal fees and our loyalty store were the two hottest topics raised at our live player forums,” said Golan Shaked, Director of Games at Partypoker, in July 2015 when the majority of withdrawal methods turned free. He promised that the popular e-wallets would follow. And he kept his word.

All following Partypoker withdrawal methods are now free of charge, among them:

  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • bank transfers
  • ClickandBuy
  • Kalixa Pay
  • goplay
  • prepaid MasterCard
  • Skrill
  • Neteller
  • Webmoney
